Great Quality, Function & Realism

Love Choo Choo Track & Toy Co. Amazing customer service you won't find elsewhere. Impressive quality that holds up to heavy play, work better than other trains we have handling the tracks & trains my son builds (lots of curves & hills & looong trains) wiith the larger/wider wheels & met my son's high standards of attention to detail. Appreciate the metal wheels so it works w/ magnet activated bells & gate train accessories.

The quality of this item and others that my wife and I have purchased is tremendous. The attention to detail and realism for a modern wooden train is really something to see. Our sons (4 & 2) love these trains. I would also like to comment of the customer service. I placed an order and due to a glitch with the system the owner, Terry, uses for purchasing, I was going to pay a large sum of money. The charge was legitimate, but Terry called me and apologized for the glitch, and then offered me a discount on my next purchase equal to what the glitch would have cost me. I am not used to a business reaching out to a customer and not only apologizing for a issue not of their making, but then wanting to make things right. Terry has solidified his business with my wife and I and we will be making more purchases in the future. You will be very happy with any items purchased from Terry and his company.

I'm very pleased with this wooden train car. The workmanship and quality are excellent. It's hard to believe these are just wooden toy trains. I will be making more purchases in the future!
