This BNSF Hopper Car wooden train represents the real trains you see on today's railroad tracks. It can carry your tiny treasures down the line!  It is 4-1/2" long and made of solid Beech hardwood. Crafted by hand & painted in detail, the quality of these wooden trains are of the highest standards.

Cargo hold is 2-1/2" long x 7/8" wide x 5/8" deep and fits standard magnetic cargo blocks from Thomas Wooden Railway, Choo Choo Track & Toy Co. and many other brands.  Even holds LEGOS and such.

Round magnetic couplers are compatible with Thomas Wooden Railway, Brio, and many other wooden train systems.

Painted with child safe non toxic materials.

We were looking for toys made in the USA and came across Choo Choo Track. Do you pay more for quality? Yes. Do you pay more of products made in the USA? Yes. I was blown away when our train set arrived. The hopper car with the "coal load" is fantastic. We got the set for our 2-year-old grandson. As he grows we plan to expand the set with more track and accessories (such as a crane for the coal load). I have a feeling my great-great grandkids will be enjoying this set.

Great Quality, Function & Realism
Love Choo Choo Track & Toy Co. Amazing customer service you won't find elsewhere. Impressive quality that holds up to heavy play, work better than other trains we have handling the tracks & trains my son builds (lots of curves & hills & looong trains) & met my son's high standards of attention to detail. You can tell thought was put into how this would be played with by having a magnetic coal load option so it can be loaded & unloaded w/ a magnetic train crane.

As always these train cars were beyond expectations. They are made with the highest quality and are extremely life like. My son LOVES BNSF and Union Pacific trains so having actually cars to play with make his experience even better.
